Hello guys,

I wanted to install 2010 in my lab setup. Unfortunately my processor Core2Duo is not supporting VT and hence i am unable to install 64 bit OS via my VMWARE.

Could you please let me know is there any way i can install

Hi Sankar,

Unfortunetly Exchange 2010 requires 64bit OS to install so without 64bit/VT Processor it is not possible.

Alternatively you can use Virtual Labs provided by Microsoft to do hands-on.

Check out Nitin's post on list of VMs available...

Hi Sankar,

In continuation to what Amit mentioned, you can also go to www.microsoft.com/online and do some hands-on there free for 30 days :-)!

Hi Sankar

It seems like you are having 64 bit processor and you cant able to install 64 bit OS in VMware,

If this is the case..

you have to enable Intel VT in Bios Settings

If not.. please be sorry

you have to follow Nitin Gupta and Amit Tank's Choices

Hi Guys

Thanks a lot for your replies. My BIOS doesnt allow me to change the settings since my processor doesnt support VT.

I planned to change my processor to explore 2010 ....

Cool . . .

Regards
Sankar
